confident, grounded + STUNNIGLY beautiful (inside as well as out), natasha has embraced yoga through her own struggles.


Natasha firmly believes in the teaching of The Bhagavad Gita that "Yoga is the journey of the Self, through the Self, to the Self."

While working 60-80 hours per week, Natasha suffered frequent anxiety attacks and a 9-month sabbatical led her to her first yoga class. Since then, she's received her 200hr teacher training certification through YogaWorks, which combines the continuous movement of the Ashtanga system with the rigorous alignment principles of Iyengar.

Natasha is experienced in teaching in private and group settings and thrives in an environment where she is able to use her multi-faceted knowledge of yoga to personalize each student’s experience based on their needs. She teaches yoga classes at the Medical Center of Virginia (MCV) and is also an Ambassador for Project Yoga Richmond (PYR), volunteering her time and talents to the non-profit organization, in addition to teaching for one of their weekly community outreach yoga programs.

Natasha has had the great fortune of taking workshops with some of the world's most recognized yoga leaders: John Schumacher, Rebecca Lerner, Roger Cole, Leslie Freyberg, Rodney & Colleen Yee, Rod Stryker, Katie Silcox, Dana Trixie-Flynn, Faith Hunter, Lila Pierce-Brown, Jay Fields, and Rolf Gates. 

Aside from teaching yoga, Natasha loves consulting small businesses to help them move from where they are to where they want to be. Gradually, her consulting business naturally shifted towards assisting more and more businesses in the healing arts realm. After years of teaching corporate yoga classes alongside consulting small businesses, Natasha decided to forge her two passions and founded Well@Work – a company that focuses on bringing wellness to the workplace. Well@Work creates wellness programs for companies and then staffs the classes with certified and experienced yoga teachers and fitness professionals. Natasha continues to consult small businesses and run Well@Work today.

Curly Curvy Yogini is Natasha's alter ego through which she teaches yoga and shares her Usui Reiki practice. By being her authentic self, she is working to build a community where everyone can go to be their most authentic selves as well.

Natasha is grateful for the time that she’s able to spend with her family – including her 12 yr. old Yorkie, Bentley – and volunteering and serving her local community through the Junior League of Richmond (JLR). She’s currently taken on a number of leadership roles, including Assistant to the President on the Board of Directors. Natasha is also a past Board member of the Iyengar Yoga Association - Southeast Region (IYASE).
